PURPOSE: To provide the device for executing agency business for reserving a reserved peat ticket of a train, an airway ticket, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A telephone number storage part 1 stores a telephone number of a reservation center. A user information storage part 2 stores information of a user. A learning voice data storage part 3 stores learning data of a user's voice and a response voice from the reservation center. A reservation information storage part 4 stores the contents of a user's desired reservation and a result of reservation executed to the reservation center. A time table code storage part 5 stores a time table, and various codes such as a station name code, an airport code, etc. A communication procedure storage part 6 stores a communication procedure with the reservation center. A voice recognizing part 7 executes voice recognition. A voice synthesizing part 8 synthesizes a response voice. A communication processing part 9 executes closing/releasing of a communication line and sending out of a dial signal. A control part 10 controls each of parts 1-9, and executes collection and storage of reservation information, storage of a result of reservation in the reservation center, and a report to a user.
