Abstract:
PURPOSE: To hold a reserved water amount properly for the variation of the number of users.
CONSTITUTION: An air bag 5 is fixed in a water tank 1 for clean water to be filled and expanded with a predetermined amount of air by a pressurizing flow meter 13, pressurizing pump 11 and pump control unit 23 according to a command from an operating unit 20. Or a predetermined amount of air is exhausted from the air bag 5 by a pressure reducing flow meter 14, pressure reducing valve 12 and valve controller 24 to contact the air bag 5 and change a reserved water amount.
