Title:
RESET CIRCUIT WITH CONSTANT VOLTAGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57133722
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To decrease the current consumption, by setting the current for reference voltage of a reset circuit as the base current of a transistor (TR) for constant voltage and making the reference voltage common.

CONSTITUTION: A Zener diode 19 is set as a reference voltage element and a current flows with fixed resistors 17, 18. A TR15 checks if a current flows to the Zener diode 19 to control the output of the collector current. For example, when a reference voltage Vcc is lowered and approaches a referece voltage, a current decreased extremely and the TR15 cuts off. When the TR15 turns off, the potential at cathode side of a diode 13 is at ground level, and a reset signal is generated via the diode 13. The function of a control logical circuit 21 is stopped with this signal and control is made so that a remote transmitter for a device such as crane is inoperative. A TR20 generates a constant voltage power supply output VDD by emitter follower connection with a reference voltage of the Zener diode 19.
