Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual granule recovery system of a bucket elevator capable of discharging residual granules left at the bottom of a casing into the outside of the casing without manual operation and recovering the granules.
SOLUTION: The bucket elevator 1 has a discharge chamber 7 at the bottom of the casing. The bottom of the casing has an opening 8 above the discharge chamber 7, and a receiving plate 9 is placed in the discharge chamber 7. The front part of the discharge chamber 7 is joined to a rotor lock 11 via a receiving hopper 10. The bucket elevator 1 further has a granule push delivery system 12 for receiving granules A and sending it to the hopper 10, placed between the upper surface 9a of the receiving plate and the bottom surface 7a of the discharge chamber.
