PURPOSE: To automatically and securely discharge the residual water in an internal combustion engine after a test by putting a movable table in approaching operation, operating a valve body by an automatic wrench and opening a water discharge path and making the suctional force of a suction hose operate.
CONSTITUTION: The movable table 54 is put in approaching operation to fitting the box part 70 of the automatic wrench 68 onto the head part of the valve body 4 and also press a flexible pad 60 against the periphery of the exit 3a of a drain water discharge path 3. Then the automatic wrench 68 is reversed to rotate a bolt type valve body 4, and thus while the water discharge path 3 is open, the suctional force is made to operate on the suction hose 62, thereby discharging the residual water in the internal combustion engine 1 forcibly with suctional force generated at the exit 3a of the water discharge path 3. Then the suctional force is stopped after the discharging operation, and the automatic wrench 68 is rotated forward to close the valve body 4, thereby closing the water discharge path 3. Then the movable table 54 is separated to detach the box part 70 from the valve body 4 and separate the flexible pad 60. Thus, the residual water is automatically and securely discharged.
