PURPOSE: To facilitate assembling and disassembling, and simplify the replacement of parts by composing a residual wax removing device for a candle stand of a wax receiving plate, a cover, a sliding scraper body provided between them, and a pressing body.

CONSTITUTION: A residual wax removing device 2 comprising a wax receiving plate 4 and a cover 5 is engaged with an engagement part 12 of a shaft 1 of a candle stand at an engagement hole 3. A pressing body 11 for guiding, while pressing a back end of a sliding scraper body 7 and a spring body 10 is provided between the wax receiving plate 4 and the cover 5, the sliding scraper body 7 and the spring body 10 are held in accordance with curved surfaces of the wax receiving plate 4 and the cover 5, a forward end of the sliding scraper body 7 is held slidably by the wax receiving plate 4 and the cover 5, and spacers 7a, 7b are provided at an upper surface or a lower surface of the sliding scraper body 7 to slide smoothly. A standing edge part 4a of the wax receiving plate 4 is engaged with a standing edge part 5a of the cover 5, so the cover 5 is fixed to the wax receiving plate 4, the spring body 10 is disposed at the standing edge part 5a of the cover 5 to be engaged with it for facilitating installation, and this can be decomposed easily by slightly patting the standing edge part 4a of the wax receiving plate 4.
