PURPOSE: To prevent residual wax from penetrating under a residual wax removing device by arranging a heat resistant elastic seal plate provided with a fitting hole, whose diameter is slightly smaller than that of a wax receiving dish, in the central part on the lower face side of the wax receiving dish.

CONSTITUTION: A wax receiving dish 4 of a residual wax removing device 2 is fitted to a candle stick shaft 1, while a heat resistant elastic seal plate 12 provided with a fitting hole 3, whose diameter is slightly smaller than that of a fitting hole of the wax receiving dish 4, is arranged in the central part, on the lower face side of the wax receiving dish 4, so that wax liquid is prevented from leaking to the lower side. When the residual wax removing device 2 fitted in the wax stick 1 is pulled out, residual wax adhering to the wax stand stick 1 is scraped off by a scraping part of a pulling out-sliding body 7 pressed onto the candle stick shaft 1 by a spring body 10. In this process, the heat resistant elastic seal plate 12 prevents the wax liquid from adhering to the sliding body 7, and the residual wax can be removed easily.
