Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a normal winder, and also to fully automate the supply of a residual yarn paper tube to this normal winder.
SOLUTION: Both paper tube processing conveyors 1 and 2 conveying paper tubes 3 supported on a normal bobbin provided with a paper tube exclusive bobbin or a paper tube tray ring by means of a standard tray 4 are connected to a conveyor on the actual bobbin supply side and another conveyor on the empty bobbin discharge side in a normal winder unit, and a stock part between a residual yarn paper tube and an empty paper tube is formed in an intermediate part of these paper tube processing conveyors 1 and 2 whereby a plurality of residual yarn paper tubes are made so as to be stocked in advance, and individual residual yearn paper tubes being stocked in the stock part are installed in bobbins 5 to be conveyed one by one to the standard tray 4 and fed toward the conveyor on the bobbin supply side of the winder unit from the processing conveyor 1, while the empty paper tube where residual yarn is wound up is supported on the standard tray of the bobbin discharge side conveyor of the winder unit and conveyed to the stock part of the empty paper tube by way of the paper tube processing conveyor 2, by the winder unit.
