Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten a resin applying time by cutting off resin dropping continuously, by providing an air blowing nozzle, which reaches from the side part to the resin dropping mouth, into a resin supply nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Main nozzle body 1 for dropping resin is provided with resin dropp- ing mouth 2, from which resin is supplied toward a semiconductor element. In this constitution, air blowing nozzle 3 is newly provided which extends from the side part of main nozzle body 1 to dropping mouth 2, and air is blown hard from air blowing mouth 4 provided to its tip in order to blow downward resin residing at dropping mouth 2 forcibly. As a result, the continouus dropping of resin can be cut off quickly, and the applying time can be shortened remakably in comparison with that by its weight.
