Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-made belt in which a core wire is not exposed from a resin-made belt main body part, and which has no risk of the fatigue damage of the core wire caused by a local bend, and a manufacturing method of the resin-made belt.SOLUTION: A resin-made belt comprises a belt main body part 2, a core wire 4 is embedded into the belt main body part 2, the resin-made belt contacts with the core wire 4 over an entire length of the belt main body part 2 at a traveling side face, and a support sheet material 3 is arranged between the core wire 4 and a traveling face. In a manufacturing method of the resin-made belt, the support sheet 3 composed of a resin material is arranged on a drag, the core wire 4 is arranged along the support sheet 3 while contacting with an upper face of the support sheet 3, the core wire 4 is embedded by the resin material by using the drag and a cope, and the belt main body part in which the support sheet material 3 is arranged between the core wire 4 and the traveling face is formed, thus manufacturing the resin-made belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
