Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent Pachinko board surface, in which brass nails can be driven into a sheet surface without causing whitening or cracking; excellent nail holding force and cutting workability are provided; and the sheet becoming cloudy (high-temperature haze) in accordance with temperature rise in the board surface can be restricted.SOLUTION: The resin board for pinball game machines comprises a transparent methacrylic resin sheet including multilayer-structure particles composed of an acrylic rubber with an average grain size of 0.18-0.30 μm, and having an acetone-insoluble parts of 15-50 wt.%. The thickness of the methacrylic resin sheet is 15-12 mm. The high-temperature haze value (a cloudy value) of the methacrylic resin sheet is 4.8% under the sheet surface temperature of 40°C, and holes for nail driving are formed on the methacrylic resin sheet surface.
