Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin coating device in which a resin discharge state can be easily determined.SOLUTION: A resin coating device 100 for coating resin 201 containing fluorescent material to a target object 200 has discharge means 101 for discharging the resin 201 from a nozzle 110, irradiation means 122 for applying exciting light for exciting the fluorescent material to the resin 201 which is discharged from the nozzle 110 and is dropping, characteristic measuring means 121 for measuring the characteristic of radiation light irradiated from the fluorescent material in the resin 201 which is excited by the exciting light, and a determining unit 132 for determining on the basis of the characteristic information representing the characteristic of the radiation light obtained from the characteristic measuring means 121 whether the discharge state of the resin 201 is good or bad.
