To provide a resin composition capable of forming a coated film which can further suppress adhesion of a marine organism and is safe to a human body and environment.SOLUTION: A resin composition capable of forming a coated film capable of suppressing adhesion of a marine organism contains 10-40 pts.mass of an ethylene resin, 1-15 pts.mass of a thermoplastic elastomer, 2-25 pts.mass of a silicone antifouling material and/or fluorine antifouling material, and 5-15 pts.mass of a lanolin repellent based on 100 pts.mass of linear low density polyethylene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
