PURPOSE: The titled composition suitable for coating various kinds of metals, slates, wood, etc., especially for topcoating in two coatings, containing an OH group-containing resin, an amino resin and a sulfonic group-containing resin.

CONSTITUTION: The aimed composition containing (A) an OH group-containing resin (preferably blend of polyester resin having 200W15,000 number-average molecular weight, alkyd resin, urethane resin and vinyl resin having 500W30,000 number-average molecular weight), (B) an amino resin (preferably reaction product of triazine compound and aldehyde, melamine resin or alkyletherified melamine) and (C) a sulfonic group-containing resin (preferably compound having ≥400mol.wt. or 4-sulfophthalic ester group-containing compound) as essential components.
