Abstract:
To provide a resin composition that can stably exhibit relatively high hardness and anti-fogging performance even in a high humidity environment, and related techniques.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a polyol having a hydrophilic structure (A), at least one compound selected from a silicon compound with a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 or less (b1) and a fluorine compound with a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 or less (b2) (B), and an isocyanate (C).
