To provide an adhesive polyolefin composition which exhibits an excellent adhesive strength characteristic with respect to ethylene vinylalcohol copolymer and which is suitable especially for a stretched film, and to provide a laminate including a layer composed of the adhesive polyolefin composition and the ethylene vinylalcohol copolymer.

The resin composition includes: 0.005 to 1.0 part by mass of component (2): a fatty acid metal salt; and 0.005 to 1.0 mass part of component (3): a hydrotalcite-based compound, based on 100 parts by mass of component (1): a modified polyolefin resin to which the polyolefin resin is modified by unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative.
