PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition useful for parts requiring strength, such as sporting goods, e.g. skis, building materials, etc., having excellent impact strength, heat resistance, etc., comprising a polyfunctional epoxy resin, (meth) acrylate, a curing agent and reinforcing fibers.

CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) a polyfunctional epoxy resin, preferably bisphenol type epoxy resin, (B) a (meth)acrylate [e.g. n-hexyl (meth)acrylate or diethylene glycol (meth)acrylate], (C) a curing agent composed of a compound containing a spiro-alicyclic structure and two or more primary and/or secondary amino groups in one molecule, preferably 3,9-bis(3- aminopropyl)-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane, etc., and (D) reinforcing fibers such as glass fibers.
