Abstract:
To provide a resin composition suitable for an optical compensation film, and an optical compensation film that includes the resin composition and has excellent phase difference properties.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains, as a resin component, a polycarbonate polymer A containing a fluorene skeleton and a copolymer B containing a specific residue unit derived from isobutyl α-cyano cinnamate optionally having a substituent on a ring.
