Abstract:
To provide a resin composition which exhibits negative birefringence, has high productivity and has high film formation and drawing process adaptability, and an optical film which includes the resin composition and is excellent in retardation characteristics and film formation and drawing process adaptability.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a fumaric acid ester-based polymer represented by formula (1), and a dibasic acid ester.
