PURPOSE: To provide a resin composition good in its surface layer peeling resistance, impact resistance and flowability and useful for injection moldings, etc., by adding plural compatibilizing agents to resins comprising a vinyl chloride resin or its mixture with a styrenic resin and an olefinic resin.
CONSTITUTION: This resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of resins comprising 1-99 pts.wt. of (A) a vinyl chloride resin or its mixture with (B) a styrenic resin and (C) 99-1 pts.wt. of an olefinic resin, and (D) 0.1-50 pts.wt. of compatibilizing agents comprising two kinds or more of a polymer produced by adding 1-50 pts.wt. of a functional group-containing rubbery polymer and (or) an olefinic polymer or grafting 5-200 pts.wt. of a monomer group to 25-70 pts.wt. of an ethylene-propylene-dienic rubber, 25-70 pts.wt. of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 1-50 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer and (or) an olefinic polymer, a block copolymer containing 5-95 pts.wt. of the block of an olefinic polymer and 95-5 pts.wt. of the block of a styrenic polymer, etc.
