PURPOSE: To obtain a resin compsn. which has improved moisture-releasing and absorbing properties and water-absorbing properties, has good properties with smooth warm feeling, and gives a fiber product excellent in dyeability by compounding a thermoplastic resin with a powder comprising a urea-aldehyde resin powder and a natural org. powder.
CONSTITUTION: This compsn. is prepd. by compounding 97-50wt.% thermoplastic resin with 3-50wt.% org. powder comprising 1-99wt.% urea-aldehyde resin powder and 99-1wt.% natural org. powder. A urea-aldehyde resin, esp. a urea-formaldehyde resin, is convenient since it undergoes condensation easily and gives a powder with good moisture-absorbing and releasing properties. The natural org. powder pref. contains at least 85wt.% particles with particle sizes of 40μm or lower in order to give a fiber product a smooth surface, an excellent hand, and a uniform dyeability.
