Abstract:
To provide a resin dispersion that is excellent in dispersion stability to an organic medium and exhibits good adhesion in adhesive bonding of a polyolefin to a metal or a polar resin.
The resin dispersion is prepared by dispersing in an organic medium an olefin block copolymer (A) represented by formula I : PO-f-R, wherein PO is a polyolefin segment which comprises a repeating unit derived from a 2-20C olefin and has a weight average molecular weight of not less than 2,000l; f is an ether linkage, an ester linkage or an amide linkage; and R is a functional segment which is produced by a chain polymerization reaction and comprises a repeating unit having a weight average molecular weight of not less than 500.
