Title:
RESIN FILM MATERIAL FOR SCREEN STENCIL AND SCREEN STENCIL FILM AND SCREEN STENCIL PLATE USING THE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05134408
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the durability of the effect to suppress blotting of ink without reducing the pattern accuracy of printing by incorporating a specified water-soluble polymer emulsion and photosetting agent.

CONSTITUTION: The resin film material for formation of a photosensitive film 30 of a screen stencil 100 contains a water-soluble polymer emulsion and photosetting agent. The water-soluble polymer emulsion is a copolymer emulsion of 20-87wt.% fluororesin monomers and 13-80wt.% vinyl acetate monomers of the total resin component of the emulsion. Namely, the fluororesin component of the photosensitive film 30 forms copolymer emulsion particles 64 with vinyl acetate component and stably held in the photosensitive film 30 by the photosetting protective colloid layer 67, so that the copolymer 64 is hardly released even when external pressure is given to the photosensitive film 30. Therefore, oil repellent property and water repellent property of the photosensitive film 30 can be maintained for a long time even printing is repeated.
