Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film roll which holds excellent winding appearance and in which a layer deviation is not generated, even when the resin film roll is stored for a long period of time, and a film of which is hardly scratched and which has excellent flatness.SOLUTION: The resin film roll is obtained by winding a resin film to the longitudinal direction thereof and has a continuous projection belt comprising a plurality of projections in the longitudinal direction thereof in such a zone on both sides in the width direction of the film that a distance from the outermost end thereof is within 100 mm. Since a position of the projection belt in the width direction of the film is changed according to the position thereof in the longitudinal direction, the projection belt has a cycle. When the projection belt is decided to be a rectangle which includes all of a one-cycle zone of the projection belt, the two sides of which are made parallel to the longitudinal direction of the film, and the area of which becomes minimum, the resin film roll is characterized in that when a rectangular portion is divided into three equal parts in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the film, an area ratio of projections in each of the three equal parts is the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
