A resin grouting cylinder body 2 is loaded to a reinforced member 1 wound or provided to the outside of a structure 4, and it is used when resin 5 is grounted in a gap made between the structure 4 and reinforced member 1. In that case, it is constituted of a press-fitted cylinder section 2a press- fitted to a through-hole 3 formed in the reinforced member 1, a resin supply pipe connecting cylinder section 2c for connecting a resin supply pipe 8 continuously to the press-fitted cylinder section 2a and a groove section 2b formed at least in a part of the outside in the boundary between the press-fitted cylinder section 2a and resin supply pipe connecting cylinder section 2c.
