To obtain a resin impregnant, which can be recovered from washing water in a water-washing process without affecting the curing performance, can be reused without adjusting the components, and is excellent in water-washing properties in the water-washing process, wherein the processed water separated and recovered together with the resin impregnant can be reused as washing water, and the amount of waste water drained from the water-washing process can be reduced, and to provide a method for resin-impregnating processing using the same.
The resin impregnant comprises a hydroxyalkyl methacrylate represented by CH2=C(CH3)COOR1-OH (wherein R1 is a 4-6C linear or branched alkylene group), an alkyl (meth)acrylate represented by CH2=C(R2)COOR3 (wherein R2 is hydrogen atom or CH3; R3 is a 4-18C linear, branched or cyclic alkyl group), a water-insoluble crosslinking agent, a water-insoluble azo-based polymerization initiator having a nitrile group or an ester group, and 0.5-5 mass% water.
