Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-impregnated sheet excellent in thermal conductivity.SOLUTION: The resin-impregnated sheet comprises a fiber sheet impregnated with a composition comprising a resin and an inorganic filler, in which the proportion of the resin in the composition is 10 to 50 vol.%, and the proportion of the inorganic filler in the composition is 50 to 90 vol.%. The inorganic filler comprises an inorganic filler (1) having a volume average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and less than 3 μm and an inorganic filler (2) having a volume average particle diameter of 3 μm or more and 10 μm or less. The proportion of the inorganic filler (1) in the composition is 20 to 70 vol.%; and the proportion of the inorganic filler (2) in the composition is 5 to 40 vol.%. The fiber sheet has a mass per unit area of 40 g/mor less.
