CONSTITUTION: A female mold 45 is brought in contact with a core mold 49, and a skin H is nipped between both molds, and then thermoplastic resin is injected from the nozzle on the tip of a cylinder, and an injecting port 57a is opened by a shut off rod 59. Thermoplastic resin 80 is injected into a resin well 53, and it is kept as it is. Next, the clamping of the mold moves further the female mold and the core mold in the state where they are brought in contact with each other, and the injecting port 57a is closed by the shut off rod 59, whereby the thermoplastic resin 80 is extruded in the space H0 into which resin is to be injected, and the thermoplastic resin 80 in the resin well 53 is cut off.
