To provide a resin laminate having a surface layer excellent in antistaticity, scratch resistance, and transparency, and a method of manufacturing the resin laminate with a higher productivity.
The resin laminate in which cured film layers are piled up on a resin substrate is manufactured by the first process of forming on a form a cured film layer in which a hardening mixture containing a polymerizable compound having (meth) acryloyloxy groups in a molecule and a polymer containing thiophene or its derivative as a constituent unit is coated and cured, the second process of manufacturing a mold by using at least one of the forms in which the cured film layer is formed so as to turn inward the surface in which the cured film layer is formed, the third process of filling the mold with a resin raw material to carry out a cast molding polymerization of the resin raw material, and the fourth process of separating the resin laminate in which the cured film layers are laminated on the resin substrate formed by the cast molding polymerization, from the mold.
