Abstract:

To shorten an oil pipe, provided along the outer surface of a main body for a tank, made of a resin, for a radiator accommodating an oil cooler, as much as possible.

The tank, made of a resin, for a radiator is provided with the box type main body 1 of the resin-made tank, whose one end is opened, and a tube plate 3 for closing the opening under a condition that an oil cooler 2 is accommodated in the tank main body 1. In such a tank for a radiator, a slender pipe unit 4 is formed integrally so as to be projected along the lengthwise direction of the outer one side surface of the tank main body 1 while one end of the pipe unit 4 is opened in the tank main body 1 to form a first oil cooler connecting hole 5 and the other end of the pipe unit 4 is connected to an oil pipe 6, further, a second oil cooler connecting hole 7 is formed on the one side outer surface of the tank main body 1 at a position near the other end of the oil pipe 6.
