Abstract:
To provide a resin molded body having continuous pattern three-dimensionally, and different designability on a same plane, and a manufacturing method of the resin molded body.SOLUTION: A resin molded body 100 has a continuous phase 10 containing a thermosetting resin and a handle part 20 containing at least 2 kinds of handle part forming resin having different optical characteristics each other. The continuous phase and the handle part are irregularly continued all in a vertical direction Y, a horizontal direction X and a depth direction Z. A manufacturing method of the resin molded body has a process for forming a phase separation structure 100A in which the thermosetting resin and a thermoplastic resin are irregularly continued all in the vertical direction, the horizontal direction and the depth direction, a process for forming a cavity part 40 in the phase separation structure by removing at least a part of the thermoplastic resin from the phase separation structure, and a process for curing a precursor of the handle part forming resin after injecting the precursor of at least 2 handle part forming resin to the cavity part of the phase separation structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
