To improve molding property while maintaining prominent surface hardness as well as decorative property and improve physical properties such as bending strength, resistance to shock, resistance to heat and the like, in a resin molded form having patterns including granular natural stones by a method wherein the granular natural stones are unevenly distributed in one direction of the thickness of the resin molded form.
In a resin molded form 10, consisting of a multitude of granular natural stones (granite, marble and the like) 1 and a synthetic resin 2, which are molded integrally, the granular natural stones 1 are unevenly distributed in the direction of thickness of the resin molded form 10. In this case, a side surface (upper surface), in which the granular natural stones 1... are unevenly distributed, is specified so as to be an exposed surface, in which a part of the granular natural stones 1... are exposed on the surface of the resin molded form, and the total area of the exposed parts of the granular natural stones 1... in the exposed surface of the resin molded form 10 is 30% or more and preferably 50% or more with respect to the total area of exposed surface of the resin molded form 10. The kind of the synthetic resin is not limited especially, however, cured matter, constituted by curing curable resin composition containing curable resin by heating and the like, is preferable.
