The mixture of fiber and resin is constituted of both hot-melt low melting point resin 11 and nonmelting or high melting point fiber 12 which is not melted at melting point of the resin. Plastic moldings are obtained by heating the mixture of fiber and resin at a degree leaving traces showing that high melting-point fiber 12 has been interposed to some extent as fiber in the melt 11 of hot-melt low melting-point resin at temperature of at least melting temperature of low melting-point resin 11 and at most thermal decomposition temperature of high melting-point fiber 12.
