PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of the strains generated near a gate part on the effective part of the optical element by providing a part which does not function as the optical element between an optical part which functions as the optical element and a gate position for injecting a resin material. CONSTITUTION:A non-optical part 12 which does not possess the function as the optical element is provided on the outer side of the lens part 11 functioning as the optical element. The gate position 13 is provided on the outer side thereof. The gate position 13 is the part to inject the resin material into the forming mold of a resin molding lens 10 and is a part of the forming mold. The non- optical part is partly molded as mounting tongue parts 15 having mounting holes 14. The resin material remaining in the gate position 13 sticks to the non-optical part 12 in the state of ending the molding of the resin molding lens 10, by which a gate projection 13' is formed. The strains occurring in the gate position 13 (projection 13') are hardly extended to the lens part 11 if the non-optical part 12 is set between the gate position 13 (projection 13') and the lens part 11 in such a manner. The influence thereof is slight even if these strains are extended thereto.
