Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin particle 11 which enables the enhancement of the resistance of a fuel cell electrode against oxidation, and the enhancement in the property of such an electrode relaxing a stress, and which allows a fuel cell to keep a high power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A resin particle 11 is used to form a fuel cell electrode, of which the compression modulus when subjected to 10% compression is 100 N/mmor more. The resin particle 11 comprises a (meth)acrylic resin, a silicone resin, a divinylbenzene resin, or an epoxy resin. The resin particle 11 further comprises a conductive material, and has a catalyst metal supported thereon, of which the aspect ratio is 5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
