To eliminate the releasability of a film covering the surface of a cap which blocks the upper end of a hollow part of a support and thereby, allow the film to stay welded in one piece and highly durable.
First, a cap A is molded by in-mold forming, and the surface of the cap A is covered with a highly weatherable film 3 with an edge grain pattern etc. formed on the surface. In this case, the film 3 is arranged by turning it into the outer circumferential end part of the back surface of a blocking plate of the cap A from the face surface of the plate 2 through the side surface of the plate. Further, on the back surface of the blocking plate 2, the apex of the turning-in margin is sealably inserted into the root part of a fitting leg 22 which can fit into the hollow part of the support 1 arranged upright on the back surface of the blocking plate. Thus the releasability of the film which is welded in one piece, is eliminated by inhibiting the exposure of the end part of the film 3. Finally, the in-mold forming of the cap A is performed using a wrapping sheet 3 of the support 1 as it is, so that the support 1 with a grain-patterned cap 3 can be obtained.
