To provide a resin pellet aligning and feeding device wherein the powder dust generated from resin is not accumulated in a bowl.
A resin pellet aligning and feeding device 30 is provided with a bowl 34, a round pan-like container for containing cylindrical pellets, solid resin, including a guide section 38 for aligning the pellet in order. The bowl 34 is provided with a vibrating device which vibrate the bowl 34 in the vertical direction and the direction to slightly turn the bowl 34. The guide section 38 is formed into a net-like face, and a pan is provided below the guide section 38 for receiving dropping powder dust. The bowl 34 is provided with a sensor for detecting the quantity of the solid resin in the bowl 34. In aligning and feeding solid resin by vibrating the bowl 34, the powder dust generated from solid resin drops from the guide section 38 formed into a net-like face, being prevented from accumulating in the bowl 34. Therefore, the malfunction of the sensor due to powder dust and the acceleration of the consumption of a driving device can be prevented.
