Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet heating apparatus which can so make a temperature distribution of a resin sheet as to be substantially uniform when heating the resin sheet.SOLUTION: A resin sheet heating apparatus includes: a front face heating part 42 equipped with a transfer mechanism which holds both side ends of a resin sheet S to be heated and transports the sheet; a unit heater 44 comprising plural heating pieces which are so disposed as to face the resin sheet S transported by the transfer mechanism and heat the resin sheet S; a rear face heating part 43; an elevation shaft by which when the resin sheet S is heated by the front face heating part 42 and the rear face heating part 43 and is drawn down, the rear face heating part 43 is deformed into a concave shape along a shape of the drawn-down resin sheet S in s cross-sectional view orthogonal to a transportation direction of the resin sheet S, and the unit heater 44 is so made as to face the drawn-down resin sheet S; an elevation shaft 7 which elevates the whole of the rear face heating part 43; and control means for controlling actions of those actions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
