To provide a resistance loading unit that attains smooth and safe resistance revolution even in the case of the repeat use and allows the downsizing and lightening of weight without exposing a resistance loading mechanism.
The resistance loading unit is composed of a drum 4 having a hollow chamber 3 filled with a fluid 2, a supporting shaft 5 penetrating the drum 4 that bears the drum 4 in a revolution-free manner, a male spiral part 6 formed by thread-cutting on the side of a hollow chamber of the supporting shaft 5, a demarcated part of movement 10 equipped to be movable in the hollow chamber 3 by thread action revolving integrally with the drum 4 besides it has a female spiral part 9 that demarcates the middle hollow chamber 3 in the first chamber 7 and the second chamber 8 and threads to a male spiral part 6 and an inflow path 13 of the fluid for giving a load to the revolution of the drum 4 so as to make the fluid inflow from the second chamber 8 into the first chamber 7 by the movement of a demarcated part of movement 10.
