Abstract:
To provide a resistance type bolometer sensor capable of sensing a temperature more accurately by reducing distortion of an output value caused by a temperature change, and having a reduced manufacturing cost.
In this bolometer, a bridge is composed of a temperature detecting sensor and three resistors, and the three resistors are formed similarly with the same member as the temperature detecting sensor. The three resistors are formed so that an infrared ray does not enter them.
