Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the resistance welding gun which is more improved in miniaturization and lightening without voltage dropping at the time of welding.
CONSTITUTION: A first gun arm 14 is provided with a power receiving member 62 and a second gun arm 16 is provided with a transformer 40. A center tap 60 extended from a secondary side coil of the transformer 40 is abutted on the power receiving member 62 under energizing of a first air cylinder 28. A second air cylinder 72 is energized, the center tap 60 is held between terminals 76 and 78 to constitute the power receiving member 62 and a welding current is allowed to flow.
