Title:
RESISTIVE PASTE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3862119
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain characteristics, which are superior in TCR, heat cycling and the like, of a resistive paste by a method, wherein a resistive paste which contains a specified conductive powder specified glass powder, a varadium oxide or a metallic oxide consisting of a combination of a varadium oxide to a specified metallic oxide, and a vehicle is used for the resistive paste.
SOLUTION: Cu-Ni alloy powder, borosilicate lead glass powder which does not contain cadmium at a softening point of 400 to 500°C and a vanadium oxide are kneaded with a vehicle obtainable by dissolving an ethyl cellulose in a dihydro α-turbineore and a resistive paste, which contains the alloy powder, the glass powder, the vanadium oxide and the vehicle, is manufactured. Although the vanadium oxide was used singly as a metal oxide, but other metal oxides, such as one kind of a metallic oxide among a bismuth oxide, a manganese oxide, a silicon oxide, a titanium oxide, an antimony oxide, a tin oxide and a cobalt oxide, can be used together with the alloy powder and the glass powder. The blended amounts of the glass powder and the metal oxide are respectively set at about 3 to 20 pts.wt. and about 0.3 to 5 pts.wt. in total, with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the conductive powder.
