Abstract:
To improve the ease of molding a resin part that is inspection molded into a ring-shaped stator.SOLUTION: A resin pin part structure for resolver positioning according to the present invention comprises: a ring-shaped stator (1) having a protruding magnetic pole (2) that protrudes inward for each prescribed angle; an insulating cover (3) formed at each end face (1A, 1B) of each ring-shaped stator (1); a stator coil (4) provided to each protruding magnetic pole (2) via the insulating cover (3); a plurality of collar parts (5, 5A, 5B) integral with a peripheral edge (3a) of the insulating cover (3) and protruding from the outside diameter of the ring-shaped stator (1); and a resin pin (15) formed integrally with one of the collar parts (5). Resin parts (16) for collars of the collar parts (5) and a resin part (17) for the resin pin (15) are mutually integral in a plan view, and a first outside diameter (D1) of the resin parts (16) for collars is larger than a second outside diameter (D2) of the resin part (17) for the resin pin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
