Title:
RESONATOR ELEMENT PERFORMING VOLUME CHANGE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1074090
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To enhance the attenuation ability of a resonator by constituting the resonator so that the entire internal surface of the wall part of the resonator performing a volume change complying with a disk spring priciple is covered with an adhesive player to make it not to be sensitive with respect to an inevitable manufacturing tolerance.

A resonator element 10 is constituted of a resonator wall part 11 surrounding a negative pressure volume (negative pressure volume part) 13 and spacer members 12. The resonator part 11 is coupled with the spacer members 12 by an adhesive layer 14. The working point of the element 10 depends on the free diameter of the resonator wall part 11 and the fixing system of a resonating surface highly sensitively. Thus, in the adhesive layer 14, such a layer as being entirely arranged on the internal surface acts according to the kind of a noise preventing coating and attanuates the vibration of the resonator wall part 11. Moreover, a second advantage is that recessed parts having precision dimensions are eliminated from the adhesion surface and also problems generated previously at the time of a fixing are avoided.
