PURPOSE: To obtain an escape respiration bag for protecting an evacuee from smoke or the like spreading over a refugee road upon occurrence of a fire, while realizing space saving for bag storage.

CONSTITUTION: A respiration bag 1 for escape has a bag body 3 and a frame member 5 for expanding the hollow inner section 4 of the bag body 3. In addition, the frame member 5 has a plurality of expansion sections 11 and so forth continuously laid in the same direction. Also, the expansion sections 11 and so forth are formed with a straight flexible stainless steel wire 12. When fixed sections 14 and 18 are turned by 90 degrees about the continuously laid direction of the expansion sections 11 and so forth as a rotational axis, the straight stainless steel wire 12 comes to the approximately same plane, thereby enabling the respiration bag 1 to be folded.
