PURPOSE: To provide a respiration indicating apparatus performing surely an indication of stopping of respiration at any position where a subject is located and performing surely an indication of stopping of respiration to a subject with visual impairment in relation to a respiration indicating apparatus for indicating stopping of respiration to the subject in X-ray CT apparatus and an MR apparatus.

CONSTITUTION: A respiration indicating apparatus is constituted of a stimulation part 10 which gives a stimulation except vision and audition to a subject 11 placed on a table, a driving part 12 for driving the stimulation part 10 and a controlling part 17 for controlling the driving part.
