Abstract:
To provide a respiration system capable of appropriate oxygenation even when a subject is a newborn baby patient or an infant patient.SOLUTION: A respiration system has: a helical tube 120 supplying the mouth of a subject with oxygen-containing gas; a mounting fixture 110 which pastes and fixes the helical tube 120 so that an end opening 121 of the helical tube 120 is positioned between the lower jaw and the sternal angle of the subject; an almost spherical mask part 130 which has a connector for taking in oxygen gas and to which the end opening 121 of the helical tube 120 is fitted to the connector; and an oxygen supply part 210 which supplies the mask part 130 with oxygen by oxygen concentration 60% to 80% and at flow rate 8 to 10 liter/minute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
