This respiration face mask 10 includes: an eyepiece 18; a facepiece 20; a strap (fixing means) 28 for fixing the eyepiece 18 and the facepiece 20 to the front of a face 26; an inhaled air supply section 16; an exhaled air supply section 30 for exhaling the inhaled air of a face hollow section 22; a balloon 32 (hollow body for face contact) closely attached over the face mask 20; vents 34 for allowing air pass from the face hollow section 22 to the balloon 32 and vice versa.
