Abstract:
PURPOSE: To minimize a loss of fresh gas or an anesthetic due to an operational procedure by installing a filling-state indicator and a breaker at the gate of a fresh gas tube into breath circulation course. CONSTITUTION: On a fresh gas tube 8 between a quantity-regulating unit 9 and a valve 101, a branch tube 11 is installed with a balloon whose content capacity is alterable, being connected as a reservoir 12. To the branch tube 11 a pressure sensor to be structured as a filling-state indicator 13, is connected, whose pressure signals are supplied to a control and regulating unit 15 by way of a signal line 14. To the same control unit 15, a control line 16 for a transport unit 2, and a valve signal line 17 to connect a control part 10 for a breaker valve 101, are linked. In this case after a completion of an exhaust process, the status is notified to the control unit 15 again from the breathing unit 1, based on which, a reversal for an inhalation process takes place with a breaker valve 101 closed at the same time.
