Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy checking of the data by switching off the responsible person key to clear the responsible person number when the responsible person is changed and at the same time carrying out the printing including the responsible person-based cash balance within the registered data by the responsible person and via a simple operation of the key. CONSTITUTION:The memory circuit is composed of 16 rows and 16 columns; the matrix is designated by registers MO-M15; the total of the sales is memorized in columns 0-7 with every department; the quantity of the sales is memorized in 8- 11 every department; and furthermore each responsible person number is recorded to 12-15 rows. The responsible person number is supplied via the amount key after switching the mode switch to the position setting and before starting the business work. Then the responsible person-based cash balance is registered to 0-7th rows of register M14 when the responsible person is changed. Furthermore, the coincidence of the responsible person number, flag F and the cash balance are recorded in register M15. In such way, the data checking can be facilitated through a simple operation of the key.
